Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident when you shop with Cork & Crown. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Our return window
This policy applies to purchases made directly on corkcrown.shop. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
2. Eligibility for a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Include all original parts and accessories (opener, base, gifts, cables, etc.)
- Be in the original packaging, where possible
- Have a proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Gift cards or store credit
- Items with clear signs of misuse or intentional damage
- Items returned without enough protective packaging, arriving damaged
3. Damaged or defective items
If your Cork & Crown set arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll happily replace the item or offer a refund depending on the situation.
When you reach out, please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos or a short video clearly showing the problem
4. How to start a return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send anything back before we confirm your request.
5. Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns (for example, you no longer want the product), the customer is usually responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, replace a faulty set), the fastest way is usually to start a return and place a new order once your refund is approved. In some cases, we may be able to send a direct replacement instead.
8. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:
- First, check your bank account or card statement again
- Then contact your bank or card provider (processing times can vary)
- If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
